Nealis Infraestructuras boosts its construction and real estate activity with more than 80 active projects

The Electricity area of Obremo has been awarded a new I-DE tender from Iberdrola, with which the Valencian company will carry out the Civil Works for the construction of a new Distribution Substation (STR) that will improve the electricity supply to the residents of the urban center of the city of Logroño.
With a budget of 2,2 million euros and a completion time of 10 months, the team of Obremo Electricidad will be in charge of carrying out the specialized work of constructing screen walls and assembling the decorative enclosure of the new STR, among other operations.
The new facility will feature a semi-underground main building housing 66 kV and 13.8 kV systems, along with power transformers. Above ground, this new substation will boast what is known in the industry as a "noble" enclosure, giving the building a distinctive architectural appearance. The civil engineering work will be carried out on the site of the current substation, which is located above ground in the urban area of Logroño, the capital of La Rioja.
The awarding of the civil works for this Distribution Substation implies the expansion of the geographical area where Obremo Electricidad carries out its activity, which currently focuses its efforts on the provinces of Valencia, Bizkaia and the Region of Murcia.
