Foz promotes a strategic modernization of its urban water cycle with a new management contract

IoTsens, a company that is part of the Technological area Grupo Gimeno strengthens its position in the sector, with its recent incorporation into AMETIC and the Smart City Cluster.
On the one hand, by joining AMETIC, the association representing the digital industry in Spain, it seeks to be represented before public administrations and to have a two-way channel of information and feedback on existing needs.
It is worth noting that AMETIC's main objective is to position the competitiveness of the Digital Transformation sector and the adoption of new technologies both nationally and internationally. It currently has more than 300 member companies, including Accenture, Amazon, Apple, Santander, Renfe, Facebook, Google, HP, Indra, SAP, and others.
On the other hand, the Smart City Cluster (SCC) is an alliance of over 200 companies focused specifically on the development of Smart Cities. They connect cities with the national business network, using a cooperative model among member entities. It serves as a meeting point between cities and companies, providing knowledge, collaboration, and assistance in finding solutions and funding. Members include Bosch, Correos (the Spanish postal service), Endesa, Iberdrola, Nissan, Telefónica, and Vodafone.
In short, joining these associations will allow IoTsens to access new avenues of cooperation with entities and companies in the sector, participate in new business opportunities, stay abreast of current trends in the sector, and be part of committees that promote the interests of the companies we are part of.
