Ultrapure water Dominican Republic, SITRA's international project for San Pedro Bioenergy

The European Commission already refers to environmental noise as one of Europe's biggest environmental concerns. In response to this problem, IoTsens has developed a new sound level monitor capable of controlling noise levels thanks to its integrated microphone.
This analyzes the surrounding ambient sound in the frequency spectrum audible to the human ear, which is especially important in acoustically saturated areas (SSAs), such as busy nightlife venues, or in areas with noise level restrictions, such as factories or industrial estates.
Therefore, this cutting-edge device is extremely useful for businesses and public administrations, as it allows them to collect detailed data on their noise activity in a given area, both indoors and outdoors, in order to ensure compliance with legal regulations. Likewise, this tool is essential for guaranteeing people's health and well-being, as it offers the possibility of monitoring and preventing exposure to high noise levels.
The sensor measures the noise level for a configurable time - set by default to 10 minutes - obtaining as recorded variables the maximum, minimum and average decibel levels during that period, as well as percentiles, very useful when detecting and correcting trends.
Furthermore, by integrating this device into the management platform IoTsens Cloud, the company, graphically displays the results obtained, making them much more visual and understandable. The data is divided into levels recorded during the daytime, afternoon, and nighttime periods, as current regulations differ depending on the time of day. However, overall noise level statistics for the entire day are also available.
