The DECOB project validates a predictive methodology to anticipate possible incidents in submersible pumping systems

GIDITEK, UVAX y GENERATE They work together on ENEFORE, a pioneering project funded by the Valencian Innovation Agency (AVI), which seeks to create a flexible, open Smart Building Platform focused on energy optimization and building comfort.
The project arose to address the challenges of managing electricity consumption, an area of great interest due to its significant impact on energy use. ENEFORE aims to develop a modular, adaptable, and integrable local asset management tool for an IoT data management platform. This tool will enable increased energy optimization and improved comfort in buildings. By collecting energy and environmental data from a well-defined sensor network, the Smart Building Platform will be able to optimally monitor, predict, calculate, and control key energy, health, and comfort indicators within a building in near real-time.
The tool will take the form of a digital twin, which will allow the end user to more accurately understand the behavior of the building and interact with the system in each of the monitored variables.
Furthermore, to validate the functionality and impact of the complete solution, the ENEFORE platform will be implemented in various types of buildings. First, ENEFORE will be validated at the facilities of the Energy Technology Institute (ITE) as a pilot test, which includes many of the different elements that will be found in a real-world application environment. Subsequently, the platform will be validated in two buildings (real-world environment).
It is important to note that, in the short term, the initiative is designed as a solution for service buildings (office buildings, private residences, hospitals, etc.). In the medium term, the tool will be available as a deployable solution for other types of buildings, such as residential buildings.
ENEFORE is a project co-financed by the European Union through the Operational Programme of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the Valencian Community 2014-2020 and the Valencian Innovation Agency/ENEFORE Project (INNCAD/2021/49, INNCAD/2021/47, INNCAD/2021/45).
