We carried out the construction of Facsa's new corporate headquarters in Castellón de la Plana for its 150th anniversary. The project was directed by the architect Ramón Pascual de la Torre and resulted in a complex on a plot of more than 17.000 m².
The project, with an investment of €10,4 million, combines a main three-story office building (ground floor + two upper floors), with a surface area of 4.830 m², with four adjoining industrial units totaling an additional 3.529 m². The complex is completed with ample outdoor areas for access, parking, maneuvering, and auxiliary facilities.
Designed to accommodate approximately 300 professionals, the building integrates workspaces, training areas, and an advanced control and remote management center. Its architectural design, based on a metal structure, hollow-core slab floors, and glazed walls, promotes natural light and the creation of efficient, flexible work environments focused on team well-being.
The project stands out for its incorporation of advanced energy efficiency and resource management solutions, such as the installation of photovoltaic panels for renewable energy generation, energy and water consumption optimization systems, and infrastructure that promotes sustainable mobility, including electric vehicle charging points and bicycle parking. All of this is complemented by integrated green spaces, which contribute to both the quality of the environment and the overall sustainability of the project.
One of the most unique elements of the building is the so-called "storm tank", an interior waterfall that reuses water and symbolizes the integral cycle, the central axis of Facsa's activity.
