The Nules City Council has taken a step forward in improving urban cleaning with the awarding of the contract to Fobesa The new street cleaning contract is an essential service for the maintenance and image of the municipality. This municipal initiative is part of a modernization strategy that combines efficiency, sustainability, and improved service quality.
The three-year contract will allow Fobesa to implement a revamped work model that integrates specialized personnel, modern machinery, and real-time monitoring technology. The objective is clear: to raise the standards of cleanliness in streets, squares, and public spaces throughout the municipality.
The new facility will have a dedicated, permanent team of seven operators responsible for daily cleaning tasks. They will use two 2 m³ electric sweepers, a light electric vehicle, and various auxiliary equipment (blowers, brush cutters, and sweeper bucket carts), all fully electric to ensure quieter and more environmentally friendly operations.
This team will be joined by a part-time reinforcement consisting of a supervisor and a driver, as well as specialized machinery for specific tasks. Among these resources are an 8 m³ tanker truck for street cleaning and a pressure washer for deep cleaning areas requiring occasional intervention.
In keeping with our commitment to innovation, all vehicles and equipment will be equipped with GPS tracking systems. This technology will allow for more efficient route planning, optimized work times, and comprehensive monitoring of completed tasks.
