Obremo renews the Medium Voltage Overhead Line in the Pinatell Urbanization of Bocairent

This year, the city of Valencia is at the epicenter of sustainability, holding the title of European Green Capital. Amidst this distinction, the city is embarking on a series of events and actions aimed at fostering healthy lifestyles and promoting the protection of the planet. In line with this commitment, the UPV, through the FACSA Chair - FOVASA The Department of Water, Waste and Circular Economy, in collaboration with the Valencia City Council, has organized an exceptional event to mark International Recycling Day.
This event, scheduled for May 17th, aims to raise environmental awareness, with a special focus on children, who represent the future of our society. Through interactive workshops, information panels, and creative activities, the event seeks to promote recycling and provide the necessary tools for proper waste separation in Valencian households.
The day will be divided into two parts, with activities both in the morning at the Polytechnic University of Valencia and in the afternoon on the seafront promenade, next to the Hotel Las Arenas. At the UPV, attendees can enjoy learning areas, interactive activities with containers, and a photo booth, among other activities. In the afternoon, on the seafront promenade, Fovasa Environment It makes its experience in environmental education available to the public and will offer children's workshops with recycled materials, a Chill Out reading area and, again, opportunities to learn about recycling and caring for the environment.
“We invite all citizens to join this initiative and be part of the change towards a greener and more prosperous future,” said Juan Pablo Mateo, CEO of Fobesa and Fovasa Medioambiente.
