Fovasa Medioambiente explains to the students of the University of Valencia the importance of the role of the environmental educator

Fovasa Environment She participated in a day organized by the Department of Geography and the coordination team of the Degree in Geography and Environment of the University of Valencia with the aim of guiding final-year students in the transition towards their professional future.  

Neus Donet, environmental technician and educator of Fovasa EnvironmentDonet participated in a round table discussion where recent graduates of the University of Valencia shared their professional experiences. She explained that the role of the environmental educator is crucial at this time and must offer "a multidisciplinary approach to existing environmental resources and problems." She also emphasized that "it is not only important to have the appropriate training but also pedagogical tools and communication skills to raise awareness about the importance of caring for the environment."  

The information session, which took place in the lecture hall of the Faculty of Geography and History, was presented by the coordinator of the Degree, Mª José López García.
