Fobesa establishes a special cleaning and waste collection operation for the 'Escala a Castelló' event

Fobesa They were responsible for the cleaning and waste collection after the sixth edition of the 'Escala a Castelló' event. From April 13th to 17th, 99.000 people visited the interiors of incredible ships that were beached in Castelló de la Plana, such as the Oostersheld, the Morgester, the Nao Victoria, and the Galeón Andalucía.

The operation launched by the company It operated every day of the event—from 11 a.m. to 23 p.m.—and had a team of eight people who covered the cleaning of all areas. Of particular note was the sweeping, emptying of trash cans, and cleaning of tables in the food court and food truck area.

In addition, three recycling points were installed and removed, and 24 containers for municipal solid waste, packaging, and paper and cardboard were placed. Furthermore, 10 360-liter containers were distributed along the entire route to serve as large litter bins. All of this was accompanied by daily waste collection throughout the event.

Around 'Escala a Castelló' there have been many activities such as a craft market, a gastronomic market, a children's corner and nautical activities.
