Facsa consolidates its presence in the Balearic Islands with the acquisition of Aigües Sant Lluís in Menorca
Gimeno GroupThrough its People and Culture department, it has reaffirmed its commitment to attracting and developing talent by actively participating in various job fairs held during March and April in different parts of the country.
The tour began on March 12th in Benicarló, with participation in the first edition of Labora en Ruta, organized in this town. The day included interview sessions and presentations, among them Grupo Gimeno's presentation in the session dedicated to soft skills and their importance in the workplace, where they emphasized the relevance of these skills in today's professional environment. On March 14th, the People and Culture team traveled to Quart de Poblet to participate in the Connecta't Forum, organized by the City Council. There, they took part in the interview marathon, meeting with diverse profiles and fostering direct contact with local talent.
April began with Grupo Gimeno's participation in the Employment and Internships Forum at the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM), held on April 3rd at the Albacete campus. This marked the first time Grupo Gimeno had attended this fair, signifying a significant step in its positioning in this strategic region for the company. Furthermore, on April 2nd and 3rd, the company participated in one of the most impactful events in the Valencian Community: the Valencia Emplea Forum, which brought together over 7.000 registered participants and generated more than 25.000 applications. Grupo Gimeno leveraged this platform to strengthen its visibility as an employer and to connect with professionals from diverse backgrounds. Finally, on April 9th, the company participated in the Business Fair at the Higher School of Technology and Experimental Sciences of the Universitat Jaume I (ESTCE-UJI) in Castellón, where he was present in the networking area, conducting interviews with students and recent graduates interested in developing their professional career in the company.
With its participation in these meetings, Grupo Gimeno once again highlights its ongoing commitment to quality employment, attracting talent, and connecting with the university and professional environment.
