Grupo Gimeno promotes local employability and talent through its participation in key forums

During the months of September and October, Gimeno Group The company has participated in various job fairs, reaffirming its commitment to talent acquisition and supporting local employability. The fairs in Vall d'Uixó, Segorbe, and Vila-real provided the opportunity for the company to connect with candidates interested in joining the organization.

At the Vall d'Uixó forum, held on September 11, and at the Segorbe forum, on September 25, both organized by LABORA And in partnership with the Valencian Regional Government, Grupo Gimeno conducted numerous interviews, offering job opportunities in various fields. These events have been crucial in connecting the company's needs with unemployed people in these communities.

Finally, on October 4th, Grupo Gimeno participated in the OCUPA'T forum in Vila-real, the most important employment event in the province. More than 1.300 people attended the forum, where Grupo Gimeno, in addition to having an information stand, participated in a round table discussion alongside other organizations such as Unimat and the ONCE Inserta Foundation. The round table addressed current challenges in labor market integration, highlighting the importance of offering inclusive employment opportunities adapted to market needs.
