Ultrapure water Dominican Republic, SITRA's international project for San Pedro Bioenergy
Enrique Gimeno, president of Grupo Gimeno, and Miriam Gimeno, the company's CEO, collected the award last night at the Finance Night Gala the Forinvest Business Trajectory Award given to Gimeno Group.
The Regional Secretary for Industry, Felipe Carrasco, presented the award, which recognizes the company's 150-year history of providing urban services to residents, tourists, and industry. Forinvest also used the award to acknowledge innovation and sustainability, highlighting Grupo Gimeno's efforts to address some of the key challenges of urban transformation and sustainable development.
The Finance Night Gala, inaugurated by the Minister of Finance and president of the event, Ruth Merino, has brought together more than 500 personalities from the economic, financial, technological, business and political fields and has featured the president of Microsoft in Spain as the star speaker.
The Forinvest financial services fair also paid tribute to Jeanología as an example of sustainability; to the founder of Unión Alcoyano Seguros, Enrique Rico, posthumously, for his professional career; and to the film studio Universal Pictures as a benchmark in innovation.
