Nealis Infraestructuras boosts its construction and real estate activity with more than 80 active projects
The headquarters of Genera Facility In Catalonia, located in Pallejà, a town in the metropolitan area just 10 minutes from the center of Barcelona, it has taken a qualitative leap in its area of works and will close the year 2021 with the awarding of five new works.
Specifically, several cooling-only chillers have been installed: one of 415 kW at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, a second of 200 kW at the National Archives of Catalonia, and a third with a 135 kW heat pump at the "Vista Alegre" Mossos d'Esquadra police station in Girona. All of them feature high energy efficiency and use environmentally friendly refrigerants.
Furthermore, Genera has also been awarded the contract for the installation of 6 high-performance humidifiers at the Air Control Center (Enaire) located in Gavá, as well as the installation of 21 air conditioning units with heat pumps distributed in different Enaire locations in Catalonia, as well as a rooftop unit in Gavá.
As Javier Saldaña, the company's representative for the Catalonia region, explains, "this is the result of collaborative work by the entire technical and research team." He adds, "We expect to continue growing and begin 2022 with a very positive outlook for the future."
