Fovasa Medioambiente reinforces the waste collection and street cleaning service in Els Poblets and consolidates its presence in the Marina Alta

The contract, which lasts for four years, began last March and will allow the provision of the service of collection of urban solid waste (MSW) and street cleaning in Els Poblets to an approximate population of 2.700 inhabitants.

For its development, a team of 10 professionals and a fleet adapted to the needs of the municipality have been configured, consisting of top and rear loading collection trucks, a satellite vehicle, a rear loading auxiliary truck, an open box team with crane, a container washer, a sweeper, a tank and a hydro cleaning team.

The service also incorporates a reinforcement in the selective collection of organic matter, accompanied by awareness campaigns aimed at citizens with the objective of promoting the correct separation of waste at the source and improving the sustainability of the service.

With this award, Fovasa Medioambiente consolidates its presence in the Marina Alta region, where it already provides services in municipalities such as Pedreguer, Orba, Xaló and Vall de Laguar.
