Nealis Infraestructuras boosts its construction and real estate activity with more than 80 active projects

Following the electrification agreement signed by Iberdrola and Makro in July of last year, which includes more than 280 electric vehicle charging points nationwide, Obremo It has completed and activated facilities in recent months in the provinces of Castellón, Barcelona, Granada, Málaga, Murcia, Palma de Mallorca, and Valencia.
In total, charging points are being installed in the parking lots of 22 of the 32 establishments that the distribution group for the hospitality sector has in Spain. Specifically, these are dual chargers with a power of 22 kW each.
To date, the Valencian company's team of sustainable mobility specialists has launched 11 charging points, with plans to continue deployment throughout 2023 in the provinces of Tarragona, Vitoria, Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa, Navarra, Cantabria and Córdoba.
The awarding of this project has resulted in a notable growth of the technical team of the sustainable mobility department, and the geographical expansion of the renewables area of Obremo.
Furthermore, the company It carries out the installation of charging points in community buildings, single-family homes and parking lots of private companies that wish to make charging points available to both their professionals and their collaborators in favor of sustainable mobility.
