Nealis Tech, awarded at the Digital Tourist 2026 for the Smart Destination Platform of Valencia

Nealis Infrastructures It begins a new stage within the Nealis group with the aim of consolidating its position in the areas of Construction, civil engineering and real estate in Castellón and the Valencian Community.
The new brand integrates the activity previously developed by Gimecons and reinforces a trajectory of more than six decades linked to the development of real estate and infrastructure projects, aligning its identity with the group's global strategy and strengthening its positioning with clients, public administrations and collaborators.
Nealis Infraestructuras' activity is structured in two large complementary strategic areas.
On one hand, the area of construction and civil works This includes building and infrastructure projects carried out for public and private clients. In the last five years, the company has developed more than 60 projects, among which the following stand out: Central Market of CastellónCurrently under construction are the new Facsa headquarters, the new rail access to the South Dock of the Port of Castellón and the new CEIP school in Sant Joan de Moró.

In addition, the company participates in nearly ten Integrated Action Programs aimed at generating new urban land, promoting solutions aligned with new residential models and emerging demands in the real estate market.
