SITRA is organizing a webinar on wastewater recovery and reuse systems in industry

• The virtual meeting, which will take place tomorrow, June 11th at 13:30 pm, is part of the series of webinars launched by the Grupo Gimeno company.

Population and industrial growth, coupled with water scarcity, have focused attention on water reuse and recovery systems, which bring great benefits to the environment and industry, as they allow for the optimization of resources, reduced costs, and improved efficiency and production capacity.

The webinar organized tomorrow, Thursday, by SITRA – a Grupo Gimeno company specializing in integrated water cycle management in industry – will focus on this topic. It will include a brief overview of the legal framework for water reuse and address the various technologies that enable water regeneration within industry. A series of case studies and the latest research on resource recovery will also be presented. Finally, a discussion will be held with the participants.

This webinar – led by Rodrigo Duque, Head of the Engineering and Projects Department at SITRA – is part of a series of webinars organized by the company on water management in industry, three of which have recently taken place. These webinars have covered topics such as water treatment and purification in the chemical industry, COVID-19 prevention measures adopted in the sector, and the innovative remote monitoring and online control solutions developed by SITRA for water treatment and purification plants.
