Nealis Tech adapts the ceramic industry of Castellón to the new water regulations

The Siero City Council, together with Facsa, a company specializing in the management of the integral water cycle, has made available to users of the municipal water service the 'eOffice', a new virtual office from which they can carry out the main procedures related to their water contract.
It is a very intuitive and functional platform that can be accessed through the website www.eoficina.ayto-siero.es
Among other functionalities, this service allows you to carry out procedures such as modifying personal data, modifying bank details, and quickly consulting information related to your contract or services, such as consumption history or the supply invoice, with the option to download it.
Furthermore, if users already have a remote reading meter installed in their home, they will be able to know their daily consumption and even set automatic alerts if their daily, weekly or monthly consumption limit is exceeded.
A reliable platform with demanding security standards
Those wishing to enjoy all the features simply need to register by providing their national identity document number and other private information that verifies their identity. Furthermore, they can do so securely, as the security of sensitive data has been a primary concern throughout the development of the new 'eOffice'.
Notably Facsa -The company with which the development of the new virtual office has been carried out- is a leading company in the water sector and directs its commitment to digitalization and technology towards improving service to citizens, optimizing efficiency in water management and committing to sustainability.
Furthermore, the company is responsible for installing the remote meter reading system in Siero, as well as reading water meters in the rural areas of the municipality, where a fixed-network remote meter reading system has not yet been installed. As a result of this project, 12.500 fixed remote meter reading devices were installed in the urban centers of Pola de Siero and Lugones during the first two years of the contract, and 1.200 more were installed in other parishes with digital reading capabilities the following year. This represents the renewal and digitization of more than 50% of the water meter stock throughout the municipality.
