The Facsa team demonstrates its solidarity once again this year at the blood donation drive

For the sixth consecutive year, the staff of Facsa has joined the Valencian Community's blood donation campaign thanks to the company's collaboration with the Valencian Government. 

This initiative offers workers of Facsa The opportunity to contribute to strengthening the culture of blood donation and, above all, to directly help save lives. Specifically this year, thanks to the participation of the company team, the health of more than 80 people will be improved.  

As the Castellón Blood Transfusion Center states, "blood is a vital resource that cannot be manufactured or bought, and can only be obtained through altruistic donations." They emphasize that "the demand for blood is constant and growing, due to the aging population, the increase in surgical procedures, and the improvement of medical treatments." Proof of this is the fact that, according to data from the Valencian Community Blood Transfusion Center, approximately 700 blood donations are needed every day to meet the needs of Valencian hospitals. 

Once again, both the company and the Blood Transfusion Center have thanked the Facsa team for their solidarity and their willingness to support this important initiative.
