ACASA opens its new office in Alcudia

ACASA - the company in charge of the Municipal Water Service of Alcudia and the urbanisations of Crestaix, S'ubach and Son Toni de Sa Pobla recently acquired by FACSA - consolidates its presence with the opening of a new headquarters in Alcudia.

The company has reopened while ensuring compliance with all hygiene and safety measures recommended by health authorities and under a protocol that safeguards the health of customers and staff. The new office operates on an appointment system, which can be requested by calling 971 545 410, and includes reserved spaces for customers over 65.

In addition, protective screens and signage have been installed inside the new offices – located at 17 Xara Street – reminding customers of the need to maintain social distancing. Capacity limits have also been established to ensure compliance with these measures, and cash payments are no longer accepted. As an alternative, the company offers various payment options: by card, direct debit, or at the banks listed on your receipt.

Hand hygiene is another key recommendation for combating the virus. Therefore, the company has provided hand sanitizer dispensers for customers, who are asked to use them before being served.
