Foz promotes a strategic modernization of its urban water cycle with a new management contract

Orange Coast, a company specializing in the rental and management of holiday apartments in several locations on the Costa de Azahar such as Benicàssim, has registered a 97% occupancy rate during the Rototom Sunsplash reggae festival, which was held in the Castellón municipality from August 16 to 22.
The company has given a very positive assessment and highlighted that the average stay for these dates has been six nights with an average of five people per apartment.
40% of the registered accommodations came from abroad, mainly from France and Germany, and to a lesser extent from Switzerland, Italy, and the United Kingdom. However, a predominantly national profile has been maintained, as Alex Segarra, director of Orange Coast"The profile of Rototom users has not changed in recent years, as is the case with other festivals such as FIB."
Most have opted for the company's boutique apartments, which have all the amenities, a swimming pool, and are located just a few meters from Benicàssim beach.
Rototom Sunsplash is one of the festivals that is most concerned with including all audiences and proof of this is that the apartments have not only been occupied by groups of friends but also by many families who travel to Benicàssim every year to enjoy the experience.
