Orange Costa starts the season with new offices in Peñíscola

• The company is strengthening its presence in the municipality with a new customer service point for managing tourist rentals.

Orange Costa, the Grupo Intur company specializing in the rental and management of holiday apartments, celebrates the start of the season with the opening of its new offices in the Castellón municipality of Peñíscola.

The company, which manages properties in several locations on the Costa de Azahar such as Alcossebre, Benicàssim, Vinaroz or Peñíscola, is thus reinforcing its presence in the latter with a new customer service point located at Avenida Valencia number 134.

The delegation, led by Jamie Sorlís Villarroya and made up of a team of five people, manages the rental of a total of 154 apartments throughout the town, located in residential areas such as Villas de las Norias.

In addition, as a new feature this year, Orange Costa has added to its portfolio of properties several apartments located in the “Peñíscola Azahar” urbanisation, a residential complex located on the beachfront that has three swimming pools, sports courts and communal garden areas.

In short, a new step forward that highlights and reinforces the company's new direction, which is focusing its efforts on adapting to new trends, while also standardizing its image at all levels, as it already did with the renovation of the Benicàssim offices.
