Grupo Intur analyzes the challenges facing tourism at the Digital Economy conference

The conferences on tourism and housing held this week by ECONOMÍA DIGITAL in Castellón and Valencia have received significant support from business owners, employers' organizations and public administrations.

In Castellón, a panel of experts met, composed of Iker Llano, CEO Intur GroupJusto Vellón, director of Castellón Airport; Natalia Escudero, contracts manager at On The Beach; and Agustín Álvarez, head of business for booking.com in the Valencian Community. During the discussion, the experts agreed that it is essential to diversify the tourism offerings to attract a wider audience and reduce seasonality.

The aim was to facilitate a debate on the issues of concern to economic stakeholders in the Valencian Community regarding tourism and housing. The high level of participation and attendance allowed this objective to be achieved.

The workshops were held with the support of the Ministry of Innovation, Industry, Trade and Tourism.
