Foz promotes a strategic modernization of its urban water cycle with a new management contract

The arrival of Intur Hotels The Balearic Islands is now a reality. The chain's new holiday destination welcomed its first guests in Mallorca last weekend.
The Hotel Rosella is a 4-star hotel geared towards families. It's very close to the beach and in an area with a wide range of cultural, sporting, and leisure activities. Specifically, it's located very near Cala Millor Beach, in the northeast of Mallorca, between the towns of Son Servera and San Lorenzo del Cardezar.
The hotel boasts over a hundred spacious rooms, all with a living room, bathroom, and terrace. Its facilities also include a lovely outdoor pool with a restaurant and ample relaxation areas.
Also noteworthy is its culinary offering, which, in addition to a Mediterranean buffet, features live cooking stations. This ensures that everyone can enjoy a variety of dishes tailored to their needs and preferences during their stay.
Leadership in the sector
Currently undergoing a process of expansion, Intur Hotels It has now joined the prestigious Hosteltur ranking of hotel chains with over 1.000 rooms. It is the highest-ranking Valencian chain – previously it topped the list of companies with fewer than 1,000 rooms.
With this new opening, it raises its number of establishments to twelve, with hotels in cities such as Madrid, Seville, San Sebastián, Ciudad Real, Benicàssim and Castelló, and apartment buildings in Seville and Valencia.
Mallorca represents a strategic destination for the chain, consolidating its expansion plan in one of the leading and pioneering holiday tourism destinations in Spain.
As Iker Llano, CEO of Hoteles Intur, points out, “this growth will be accompanied by consolidation, digital transformation and improvement towards increasingly sustainable management, where people will be key to offering the best service and contributing to the growth of a sector so vital to our country's economy.”
