Facsa consolidates its presence in the Balearic Islands with the acquisition of Aigües Sant Lluís in Menorca

Intelier, accommodation area of Gimeno Group, has launched the rebranding it announced last month and, as part of this renovation, has announced that the emblematic 'Intur Castellón' hotel is changing its name and will become from today 'Intelier Rosa'.
This establishment, well known to all the people of Castellón, is located in the heart of the city and is the setting for a large number of social celebrations and all kinds of events that take place in the capital of La Plana.
With the name change, the Intelier chain, which has operated for 60 years under the Intur brand, seeks to adapt this iconic hotel to the company's new era. As Iker Llano, the company's CEO, stated, "The way we travel and the services we need are evolving, and at Intelier we are leading the transformation."
Intelier Rosa
The new name is inspired by Rosa Tomás, a key figure in the history of Grupo Gimeno and a pioneer in Valencian business history. This name aligns with other properties owned by the company that also bear women's names, such as Intelier Victoria and Intelier Villa Katalina, both located in San Sebastián.
New projects
Intelier recently announced that it will manage a 4-star premium hotel next to Malvarrosa beach in Valencia next year. They also plan to open a new hotel-apartment complex in Benicàssim in 2026.
In addition to these establishments, the chain, which is currently immersed in an ambitious expansion plan, has announced that it plans to add other hotel projects in the short and medium term.
