FOVASA strengthens waste collection service in Ontinyent with more staff, a new fleet and smart technology

The Down Syndrome Foundation of Castellón and the Down Syndrome Association of Castellón have renewed their collaboration agreement with Nealisconsolidating a strategic alliance aimed at promoting the social and labor inclusion of people with Down syndrome and intellectual disabilities in the province of Castellón.
Furthermore, the renewed agreement incorporates new lines of action focused on employment, training, awareness-raising, and corporate volunteering. With this, Nealis reinforces its commitment to social sustainability, equal opportunities, and talent development in inclusive environments.
In this context, the agreement establishes a stable framework for collaboration to develop initiatives related to job placement, training in real work environments, and the promotion of an organizational culture based on diversity and inclusion.
In the workplace, both entities will continue working on identifying employment opportunities, analyzing suitable positions, and supporting individuals during their job placement process.
In addition, training activities will be strengthened by welcoming interns, thus promoting their professional development and improving their employability.
The alliance also includes training and outreach activities on intellectual disability, contributing to creating more accessible and inclusive environments both within and outside the business sector.
One of the key aspects of this new phase will be the promotion of corporate volunteering and awareness-raising initiatives aimed at the Nealis team. The goal is to foster a more conscious, inclusive, and diversity-focused internal culture.
During the signing ceremony, Alberto Mateu emphasized that “the renewal of this agreement means continuing to move forward with a company committed to genuine inclusion.
