Seville's gastronomic offerings expand with the opening of Indiano Plaza, a restaurant located in the emblematic Hotel Casa de Indias, part of the hotel chain Intelier | Hotels & SuitesThis new space promises to become a culinary landmark in the city, offering a unique experience that goes beyond the typical hotel restaurant.
Indiano Plaza offers two distinct menus: a more sophisticated one for diners inside the restaurant, and a more casual one on its outdoor terrace, located right on Plaza de la Encarnación, opposite the iconic Metropol Parasol (Las Setas). The restaurant also features the Ático Indiano, a rooftop area of the hotel, ideal for enjoying a drink with panoramic views of the city.
The grand opening of Indiano Plaza last night was an event that brought together numerous representatives from Seville's tourism and gastronomy sectors. During the evening, guests enjoyed a live musical performance and a tasting of dishes that reflect the restaurant's identity.
A kitchen with its own identity
“We wanted Indiano Plaza to have its own identity, even though it's located within the hotel. That's why we also decided to give it its own communication channels. We don't want it to be seen as just another restaurant in a hotel; we want the people of Seville to feel like it's their own place,” explains Estrella Rodríguez, the hotel's director.
