• Selection processes: evaluate your candidacy as a job applicant.

When necessary, your data will be processed to manage customer service and to respond to requests, complaints, or claims, provided that your interests, rights, and freedoms do not prevail. • Information that the interested party includes in their contact, suggestion or complaint.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

The Controller will be able to count on Service providers who access personal data to provide contracted services. They are selected according to strict data protection criteria and the corresponding agreements are signed, including appropriate legal, technical and organizational measures.

With your consent, your data may be communicated to other companies of the NEALIS Group (www.nealis.com) to manage their participation in selection processes.

Likewise, the Data Controller may disclose data when required. Competent Public Authorities in the exercise of their functions and in accordance with applicable regulations.

How long will we keep your data?

The data will be kept until the purpose is fulfilled or until you withdraw your consent. Afterwards, it will be stored blocked The data will be made available to Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor's Office, or competent Public Administrations for the duration of the statute of limitations for any liabilities. Personal data protection

The data collected will be transferred to a file under the responsibility of NEALIS for the purpose of:
