After months of closure due to the current health crisis, the exclusive Hyatt Centric Gran Vía Madrid hotel is now reopening its doors, once again relying on the team of Genera Facility as responsible for the maintenance comprehensive of its facilities.

Specifically, Genera Facility resumes at the Hyatt Centric Gran Via the preventive, technical, legal and conductive maintenance work of the air conditioning, fire protection (PCI) and water network installations of the hotel (Cold Water for Human Consumption (AFCH) and Hot Water for Sanitary Use (ACS)).
